My grandmother Maria Ginotti carried her biscotti recipe when she traveled from Sicily to America in 1907. She made these delicious treats to be enjoed at the end of a meal with coffee, tea or dessert wine ... and in our family they were enjoyed in both mornings and afternoons.

Made the traditional way, from scratch, hand cut and twice baked. All natural ingredients using wheat flour, almonds, pure butter, sugar, honey and frsh eggs and has a wonderful nutty flavor.
