Biscotti

Franny's grandmother, Maria Ginotti, carried her biscotti recipe when she traveled from Sicily to America in 1907. She made these delicious treats to be enjoyed at the end of a meal with coffee, tea, or dessert wine. In our family, they were enjoyed in both mornings and afternoons.

Made the traditional way - from scratch, hand cut, and twice baked. All-natural ingredients using wheat flour, almonds, pure butter, sugar, honey, and fresh eggs, and has a wonderful nutty flavor.
